Our speciality is groups, big party groups!

We have 7 rooms, all en suite, that sleep up to 32 people, we can also arrange accommodation for larger groups. A full English breakfast and free entry into the club are included.

• Breakfast is served between 8-11am in dining area

• All rooms have en-suite showers and toilet facilities, colour TV, tea &

coffee making. Some rooms have

spectacular views of Weymouth Bay.

• For fishing or diving trips we will happily arrange a packed lunch

instead of breakfast.

• Late residents bar available (Saturdays only) upon request.

PLEASE NOTE:- This accommodation is fantastic for a group of friends who enjoy entertainment and partying, as the accommodation is close to this establishments night club and sports bar, in other words there will be times due to it’s location that music and outside activities make this a busy area, it may not suit someone who is looking for a quiet night in. The accommodation is most suited for those enjoying a stag or hen party, sports activities or a group of students who are visiting the area together.
Group sizes acceptance may vary subject to accommodation availability, for this reason it is always best to enquire.

§	Please note, more suited for students over 18, as the accommodation is part of a building complex incorporating a night club and sports bar which is licensed for drink sales.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note due to the high discounts being offered, you must do the following:
1. At the time of making enquiries at the accommodation of your choice listed
     below, you must identify that you have one of the following cards with you
    to enable you to get your discount as you may be asked for your serial
    number which is unique to each card. If you don’t have your card at the
    time of your enquiry or booking you may not gain your discount or lose the
    opportunity of gaining the discount. Valid Savecard cards are:
SAVECARD DISCOUNT CARD OR SAVECARD STUDENT DISCOUNT CARD
2. Discount is subject to availability of accommodation.
3. Read carefully the information relating to each accommodation listed, as
    some accommodation may only accept 1 type of Savecard or that
     accommodation may not cater for large groups, to avoid disappointment
     please check details before making enquires.
4. At the time of checking into your accommodation, you again would be
    required to show the appropriate accepted Savecard, whichever one is
    applicable.

Over the next few months, the best accommodation deals in the area will be offered suitable for the student market, whether young or mature. As in the rest of our student listings you don’t have to be a resident of the UK to apply for our STUDENT DISCOUNT CARD, if you are an overseas student, all you need to do is to apply for our card 3 weeks in advance of your visit.
